Upload the video and wait for it to be processed. You have the option of choosing the captio file format as shown below.

For this testing, I used the fb subrip SRT that works fine with the Kajabi caption upload. (tried the SubRip but not loading well) Caption needs to be clicked first to select the subtitle to enable. (Sorry, this isn't Netflix)

For customers who are looking for a way to include the caption on the video, that won't require clicking the CC button, advise to use Handbrake and encode the video + SRT, prior to video upload.
